I have a pair of the 24 kg version of The Flexibel. It took a couple of days to get used to them because of the slightly longer length to accommodate the weight range. But that's just a matter of a little adjustment. Well-built and compact with a really good adjustable weight range, these have worked very well for me so far.

Recommend this product for those who are fitness freak.

The dumbells are amazing,already in 15-20 days seeing the effects,these have made it very easy to do sets with increasing & decreasing weights instead of having a whole rack of dumbells.

Switching between the weights is so easy. You cannot keep multiple dumbbells at home, it was tedious to change plates between excercise. But this dumbbell is supper easy, just switch the knob and you get new dumbbell is ready. Awesome! Quality is good, you don't need to buy separate stand as it comes with a tray.
